“How do you handle rejection?”
→ Key question. Show resilience and staying positive.
Example: “I see rejection as part of the process and focus on the next opportunity.”
“How would you convince a customer who is not interested?”
→ They’re testing persuasion—not being pushy, but understanding needs.
“Describe your sales approach.”
→ Good answer includes:

·       Understanding customer needs
·       Offering solutions
·       Closing confidently

“What would you do if a customer hangs up on you?”
→ Stay calm, move on, don’t take it personally.
“How do you deal with angry customers?”
→ Listen, stay calm, empathize, and redirect.

→ Use numbers if possible (very important).

→ Always say yes—and show you like challenges.

→ Mention discipline, goals, and staying focused.
